Frequently Asked Questions
What homeowners ask most often about testing, treatment, and working with us.
- What happens during a free water test?
- A technician tests your water at your home and walks you through each reading. You get an explanation of what the numbers mean, and a recommendation only if treatment makes sense for your situation.
- Do you work on city water, well water, or both?
- Both. The testing approach and the resulting system are different for each, which is why we test before recommending equipment.
- How do I know what size system I need?
- Sizing comes from your measured water chemistry combined with household size, fixture count, and peak flow. Buying by square footage alone is how systems end up mismatched.
- Will treatment make my water safe to drink?
- Water treatment addresses specific measured parameters such as hardness, sediment, chlorine, iron, or dissolved solids. We describe what a system is designed to reduce, and we do not make medical or health guarantees.
- Can you service a system another company installed?
- Yes. Maintenance, filter service, and diagnostics are available on existing equipment regardless of who installed it.
- How long does installation take?
- It depends on the system and the plumbing at your point of entry. We give you a time estimate in writing before any work starts.
- Do you offer financing?
- Financing details are not published on this site yet. Ask during your water test and we will tell you exactly what is available at that time.
- What areas do you serve?
- We serve Palm Beach, Broward, Martin and St. Lucie counties, including Port St. Lucie. Contact us to confirm availability at your address.
